This is so embarrasing to watch. In holland teachers don't know how to learn their students how to debate well. For example the girl with the black and yellow headscarf what kind of ridiculous argument was that about africans and clothing combination. The teacher could have jumped in right there and tell her that her agrument was out off topic. Sexy 1234 you made a great point and I applaud you for that. When I see this I only see that the Dutch education system is failing.

If Africa had one absolute ruler like china and his policies were followed by the word, then maybe Africa can easily be compared with China but that's not it. Also, it always about the intentions of the ruling regime in each country. Some African nations are not developing because their leaders are siphoning the country's budget for themselves and they usually send that money to nestle in somewhere in Europe or North America. China is booming because of foreign investment which Africa lacks.
