dont know wat u guys are talking abt.. but i think a country should be run by country man rather then others.. and history shows chinese border upto chinese bridge wall..
second things is is abt secondary information that here it says not to be trusted, so wat is the primary information then? is CCTV be trusted? i dont think so.. civilian problem will understand better when u communicate with civilians. china must hav right to speak n freedom. wish u all luck for democracy

"No primary knowledge" How about 2500 refugees per year? That is a primary resource. The Chinese don't even listen to the Tibetans, Dalai Lama has more knowledge about their wishes than the PRC by leaps and bounds.
"No knowledge of how to run a country." The Dalai Lama was not the political leader, there was a regent in Tibet who was the political leader, and historically there was a king, who was a Mongolian general, in charge of their military matters.
Dalai Lama suggests a new system.

In fact, in exile they currently use this new democratic system.
This delegate's understanding is extremely simplistic.
